These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website design and development services provided by North & Co. Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Services North & Co. Digital provides website design, development, and related digital services primarily for construction and home service businesses. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed by both parties. Payment A deposit may be required before work begins. Due to the time and work involved in custom website design, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in your project agreement. Failure to submit payment on time may result in a pause or termination of services. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the final delivered website and its content. North & Co. Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. Revisions Revisions are limited to the number specified in your project agreement. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by the Client may affect the project timeline. Limitation of Liability North & Co. Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or the delivered website. Termination Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
